AEQATRA is an employee volunteering program by Aequs Foundation, focused on community welfare through various initiatives. The key projects under AEQATRA include “One Precious Notebook,” cloth donation drives, the Avishkar program, Ignite (educational engagement), and tree plantation efforts. These initiatives primarily operate in the locations of Belagavi, Hubballi, and Koppal.

One of the volunteer programs that I was part was “Workbook distribution” for class 10th students and I personally believe that these workbooks could benefit the kids so much. I feel very proud that I was part of such good cause, and it gave me immense pleasure to see the smiling faces of innocent students, when they received the books. These workbooks would help kids be better prepared for their exams.
I would like to say special thanks to Aequs Foundation for giving me this opportunity where I could be part of an initiative that contribute to student's future brighter.
I've had the privilege of participating in several volunteering projects that our company has undertaken, thus gave me an opportunity to interact with the local area. It gave me a sense of satisfaction by being part of these volunteer initiatives. The experiences have been eye-opening and heartwarming not just on personal level but also on professional level where I was able to develop new skills and forge deeper connections with colleagues. It gives me immense pride to be a part working of a company that deeply cares about making a positive impact on the community bay giving back.
It has been my pleasure to be part of the volunteer opportunities I get through my company. Among other volunteer programs that I was part of, my favourite was “One Precious Notebook” where I get to visit a school and meet the children and interact with them and share education journey and experiences. I felt overwhelmed witnessing the big smiles and happiness on the faces of the children, the moment the books were distributed to them. “One precious notebook” program has been an effective initiative to connect with our local communities and make a tangible difference in the lives of children. It is not just a book that is being given to the child it’s the fuel to boost their potential towards a bright future. I look forward to participating again this year.
